• Providing remote support for the company's customers

• Administrative and service activities as needed
• Maintaining documentation of service interventions and IT infrastructure

• Collaboration with colleagues on larger projects

• Responsibility for the smooth operation of our clients' servers
• Proposals for modernization and improvement of the functioning of the server infrastructure and network
• Communication with the team of 1L technicians
• Providing remote support for the company's customers
• Installation, support and maintenance of the infrastructure in the customer's environment
• Administrative and service activities as needed
• Documentation of service interventions and IT infrastructure
